Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for server hardware, applications, and network systems.
Conduct troubleshooting, incident investigation, and resolution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems in:
Windows Server and Linux environments
MS SQL Server, MySQL, Tomcat, and Java-based applications
Participate in rotating morning/night(offered WFH) shifts
Diploma or higher in Computer Science/IT (or equivalent).
Minimum of 2 years in server/application support.
Basic proficiency in SQL
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
