Responsibilities:

Market Research & Product Development:

Conduct market research, surveys, and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Support the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including market analysis, design coordination, production oversight, and quality assurance.
Assist in resolving technical or quality issues by liaising with manufacturers, customers, and sales teams.

Product & Portfolio Management:

Manage assigned product portfolios, including product information organization, sample preparation, and trial coordination.
Oversee Medical Device Listing applications in Hong Kong for relevant products.

Marketing & Digital Strategy:

Develop marketing collateral, presentations, and training materials for new product launches.
Maintain and optimize e-commerce platforms (product listings, pricing updates, promotional campaigns).
Revamp and manage the company website, ensuring alignment with brand standards and user experience.
Execute social media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn), including content creation, engagement, and performance tracking.

Event Coordination & Collaboration:

Organize and coordinate local and overseas exhibitions, events, and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Administrative & Ad-Hoc Support:

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in marketing, product management, or operations, preferably in medical/healthcare products or electronic devices.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) are a strong advantage.
Familiarity with website management tools and e-commerce platforms is preferred.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
Self-motivated team player with a problem-solving mindset.
Adaptable multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments.
