Responsibilities:
Define project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards in alignment with corporate policies, creating clear and concise work statements for field operations.
Negotiate and oversee the preparation of all project change orders.
Maintain detailed logs to track project progress and ensure accurate documentation.
Act as the primary liaison with the client and architect/engineer (A/E) to support construction activities.
Collaborate with the onsite Project Manager and Area Superintendent to monitor construction activities, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget.
Investigate potential issues and implement corrective measures within company guidelines and under supervision.
Represent the company in meetings with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project, including 3-week lookahead schedules and monthly updates.
Manage financial aspects of contracts, including progress billing, equipment rentals, and income/expenses, to protect company interests while maintaining positive client relationships.
Develop high-quality project proposals and plans based on business requirements and available resources.
Direct and coordinate project personnel to ensure timely and budget-compliant project progression.
Track equipment and service delivery timelines from Telco/Data Centers, Public Cloud Providers, and ICT Principles/Distributors.
Provide regular project progress reports to stakeholders and management, updating schedules as needed.
Serve as an escalation point for service-impacting incidents and handle ad-hoc requests to ensure optimal user experience for the business unit.
Communicate with stakeholders for vendor management, document maintenance, and project progress reporting.
