Job Responsibilities:

• Offering support for daily operations across the full pre-trade to post-trade lifecycle.
• Facilitating the movement of funds and trade settlements with sub-custodians.
• Coordinate trade settlement matters with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct daily reconciliation of cash and securities to ensure accuracy.
• Guarantee that relevant processing and reporting are completed for a smooth trade lifecycle.
• Engage in UAT testing.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 2 years of experience in US and Hong Kong equities settlement.
• Demonstrated experience in managing the complete securities settlement processes.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
