Project Coordinator :
Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations relevant to the crypto industry.
Analyze HR metrics to drive decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
Partner with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a tech or financial services environment.
Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain landscape.
Proven experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
