Responsibilities:

            • Lead investor meetings, roadshows, and capital-raising campaigns
            • Collaborate with internal teams on fund structuring, compliance, and reporting
            • Ensure all fundraising activities comply with SFC regulations and internal governance standards
            • Track market trends and discover new fundraising opportunities

Requirements:

• • • • • • • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field
            • Minimum 8 years of experience in fundraising, capital markets, or investment management
            • Proven success in raising capital for real estate projects
            • Valid Responsible Officer (Type 9) license
            • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are advantageous
            • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
            • Fluent in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is essential
