Analyze market trends and needs to prioritize and execute business plans.
Develop strategic product plans, managing the lifecycle from introduction to discontinuation.
Create and implement product launch plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Analyze competitor offerings and coordinate with market management on product requests.
Communicate with Asia Pacific regions to capture market trends and customer needs.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement effective strategies.
Ensure unified vision in product development with content resources.
Responsible for product lifecycle management and quality assurance, this role contributes to new product development, market introductions, and supports sales growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Building Automation, HVAC, Electronics, or Information Engineering.
Over 4 years in the HVAC industry, preferably with sensors and meters.
Strong English and Mandarin communication, presentation, negotiation, and proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP and CRM is a plus.
Persuasive, risk-evaluative, strong interpersonal skills, and openness to international collaboration.
Willingness to travel within APAC, Europe, and USA; based in Hong Kong preferred.
