On the job you will:

• Oversee day-to-day handling and settlement of claims cases.
• Manage and supervise team performance, approving requisitions as needed.
• Lead regular open and closed claim reviews.
• Conduct month-end reserve reviews for each claim case.
• Evaluate vendor performance and oversee their work.
• Participate in ad hoc projects assigned by the Head of Department.

We are looking for someone with:

• Degree holder with professional qualifications in insurance or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in general insurance claims, especially in Property & Casualty.
• Team supervision experience preferred.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong market and competitive awareness.
