Job Duties:

Supervise technical staffs to carry out preventive & corrective maintenance works.
Manage and monitor the sub-contractors to perform maintenance/replacement works.
Coordinate client & sub-contractors to ensure the fitting-out works deliverables are on track.
Preparation of work permit, working schedule, method statement and drawing submission.

Job Requirements:

Diploma / Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
At least 3 years' solid working experience in E&M maintenance.
Experience gained in data centre would be an advantage.
Holder of Registered Certificate of Electrical Worker Grade A or above is preferable.
Self-motivated with good communication skills.
Knowledge in AutoCAD and general MS Office application.
Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Facility Engineer.
Immediate available is highly preferred.
