Preparing technical specifications for various types of procurement
Work with contractors to provide operation management and capacity monitoring and planning
Keep track of performance indicators / alerts of the System, and follow up with contractors
Assist in compilation of maintenance reports
Assist in performing market research and sourcing appropriate solutions in the market
Support incident/issue handling for round-the-clock running systems
Any other duties assigned by the supervisors
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
At least 4 years' experience in IT industry
At least 1 year' experience in SQL
Solid working experience in preparing technical specifications for various types of procurement
Solid working experience in system operations, maintenance and on-going support of medium to large scale IT systems
Solid working experience in providing technical support service to different users and clients
