Experience:
4 years in premium consumer goods or retail sales, with 4-6 years in a managerial role.
Proven expertise in Macau’s high-end retail, hotel and restaurant, distributor, or e-commerce channels (excluding travel retail), with a track record of successful market development and client management.
Demonstrated success in sales management, account management, or business development within premium consumer goods.
Skills:
Exceptional ability to develop and execute sales plans, with strong data analysis and KPI monitoring.
Superior negotiation and client management skills, experienced with Macau retailers, distributors, and hospitality clients.
Proficient in market analysis, delivering consumer and competitor insights.
