Job description
Responsibilities:
Process new loan applications, including document verification and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Manage the onboarding process for Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) accounts, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified.
Assist in the development of new loan products and the enhancement of existing products and services to improve customer experience and maintain competitiveness.
Liaise with internal departments, external counterparties, and global custodians.
Maintain and improve internal control procedures.
Conduct site inspections when required.
Provide support to other teams as needed.
Requirements:
Higher diploma or above
1-3 years of relevant banking experience in Loan approval
Strong communication and and interpersonal skills
Proficient in written English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience can be considered for lower positions.
