Role

To liaise with event organizers and Official Languages Division in preparing Apothegms and congratulatory messages for Financial Secretary (FS);
To handle logistical matters relating to the duty visits of FS and all accompanying officers;
To assist in monitoring and updating the content of FS’ Blog at Financial Secretary’s Office’s website;
To monitor the progress of all meeting requests/invitations received by Financial Secretary’s Private Office; and
To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

Requirement

A bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
Good command of both Chinese and English and have met the language proficiency requirements of “Level 2” in Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent [Note];
Proficiency in the application of common business software (including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as Chinese and English word processing;
Have good interpersonal and communication skills; and
At least two-years’ full time post-qualification working experience in administrative work, including one year or more at managerial level in the Government/public sector organization, with experience at supervisory level being an advantage.
