Responsibilities:

• • Rack and stack servers and network devices, ensuring proper cabling and connectivity
  • Install, terminate, and manage data and power cables with clear documentation
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues using testing tools and resolve faults efficiently
  • Review and implement change requests with minimal impact on operations
  • Respond to incidents promptly to restore services and minimize downtime
  • Use ServiceNow to manage incidents, problems, changes, and service requests

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data centre operations (rack & stack, cabling, change control, incident response)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Overnight shifts required
