Responsibilities

• Liaises with assigned key account management 

• Take the lead to Develop, Sustain and Expand existing & new programs down to operational & production levels

• Partner with and Support internal teams to drive program implementation smoothly

• Monitor, Motivate and Coach the CS team to keep and deliver totel Customer Service experience 

• Conduct Regular Customer visits for Customer Relationship Management

• Work close with Garment factories

• Inventory Control is required against forecast collected

• Occasionally travel to China factory is required

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above
  

• Minimum 5+ years of working experience in garment trims

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

• Strong motivation, willingness to take the initiative and strong analytical skills

• Self-Motivated and Aggressive, Mature & Strong in leadership, High degree of Responsibility, and able to work under pressure

• Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin

• Experience in printing product & woven label is a bonus

• Immediately Availability is preferred
