• Coordinating material submissions and drawing approvals for construction projects
• Serving as a key liaison between the client, consultant teams, and internal project staff
• Facilitating smooth coordination between Builder Works and the Electrical & Mechanical disciplines on-site
• Ensuring that project documentation and communications are handled efficiently and meet approval requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' on-site experience in construction project coordination
• Solid understanding of builder work and E&M integration
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
