Job Responsibilities

• • • End-to-End Project Leadership: Own the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept and detailed planning through to execution, deployment, and post-launch review.

    • Strategic Alignment: Translate business strategies into actionable IT project plans, ensuring all initiatives deliver tangible value and align with organizational goals.

    • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the central point of contact, coordinating seamlessly across Software Development, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and other business units to ensure cohesive and efficient project execution.

    • Security & Compliance by Design: Champion and embed robust IT security and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, regional financial regulations) into every phase of the project lifecycle.

    • Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting: Prepare and present clear, concise, and compelling project status updates, risk assessments, and performance metrics to senior leadership to secure approvals and facilitate informed decision-making.

    • Risk & Quality Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure project objectives are met.

    • Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, technology partners, and consultants to ensure deliverables meet contractual obligations and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in managing complex, large-scale IT projects, preferably within a fast-paced environment.

• Advantage: Direct experience in the Banking & Financial Services (BFS) industry, with an understanding of its unique regulatory and operational demands.

• Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.

• Deep familiarity with IT security best practices and governance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and data privacy regulations.

• Fluency in English , Mandarin and Cantonese is essential

• Demonstrated leadership ability, capable of motivating teams and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
