Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for international clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the merchandising process to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

• Provide direct support to the Chairman in all merchandising-related matters, including strategic planning, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions

• Proactively address and resolve production-related challenges by coordinating with internal teams and clients to implement timely and effective solutions

• Participate in business meals and meetings with clients, representing the company professionally and supporting relationship-building and business development efforts

• Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external partners, demonstrating a cooperative and adaptable attitude to support shared goals and company success

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• MUST have at least 5 years merchandising experience in Sportwear

• Responsible, mature, well-organized, able to work independently and under pressure

• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

• Willingness to travel frequently to overseas locations as required
