Responsibilities:

• • • • • • Perform daily operation functions for RQFII funds, RQFII ETF, UCITs funds, hedge funds, and managed accounts: 

          • Responsible for transactions booking and settlement such as A-shares, H-shares, US Equities, Money-market funds, CIBM, USD bonds, OTC products, etc. 

          • Perform daily cash and holding position reconciliation 

          • Responsible for cash forecasting and management 

          • Monitor and approve subscription and redemption orders 

          • Prepare and review NAV calculation in a timely manner 

          • Set up new funds including but not limit: review of agreements, negotiation with service providers, account opening with custodians, brokers, CSDCC, CFETS, etc. 

          • Act as senior liaison between external investors, fund administrators, brokers, custodians, auditors to achieve mutually beneficial relationship 

          • Responsible for preparing various types of reports, including but not limited to regulatory reports, internal reports, etc.

          • Responsible for ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• • • • • • • Bachelor's Degree holder or above in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields

            • At least 3 years in Asset Management industry with relevant experience, with experience in Mutual fund operations are preferred, especially experience in ETF product operations.

            • Self-starter, resilient, focused, a real achiever of results

            • Engaging leader – able to communicate at all levels

            • Good understanding of asset management business, and operational risks 

            • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese including Putonghua.

            • Have a background in IT knowledge.
