Responsibilities

• Fully cooperation and implementation of company policies and directions

• Manage daily operations of the garment factory, including production

• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce production costs

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and labor laws

• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization

• Establish partnership / collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and clients to meet production demands

• Monitor product quality and implement quality control measures

• Lead leadership of factor to train factory staff, fostering a productive and motivated workforce

• Keep abreast of new technology in the industry, drive necessary adaptation and foster application

Requirement

• Diploma / Form 5 or above

• Proven experience in knit garment manufacturing or factory management

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, production planning, and quality control

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
