Lead and manage multiple concurrent business/technology initiatives, total portfolio size approximately HKD 5M–8M.

Drive requirement grooming sessions with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.

Create and maintain detailed, actionable project plans with full accountability for tracking and execution.

Facilitate daily/weekly project meetings, tracking progress using RAG (Red-Amber-Green) status, logging risks, issues, and key decisions.

Maintain and organize all project artifacts (e.g., business case, system flow diagrams, architectural approvals, project plans) in a structured, easily accessible format – email storage is discouraged.

Conduct monthly governance meetings with business and technology stakeholders to present status updates and escalate risks and mitigation actions.

Manage project financials, including vendor contracts, invoice processing, and cost approvals.

Strong understanding of end-to-end system interfaces and technical solution design.

Ability to create and interpret architecture diagrams and business process flows.

Proficient in presenting delivery plans, surfacing blockers, and articulating issues in a clear and structured format

Proven ability to multitask, managing conversations, tasks, and decisions across 3–5 workstreams or communication channels simultaneously.

Ability to simplify complex issues and clearly escalate to management or stakeholders when needed.

Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Strong stakeholder management skills.
