Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the beauty salon, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement sales strategies to motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
Handle customer complaints and maintain good customer relationships.
Conduct employee training and development to enhance team professionalism and service levels.
Monitor store performance, analyze data, and propose improvement plans.
Manage inventory and cost control to ensure efficient use of resources.

Key Requirements:

Experience in store operations management, particularly in beauty centers, spas, chain hotels, or high-end retail.
Experience in managing chain restaurant brands will also be considered.
