Support the team to provide technical support for managed service customer
To liaise with internal department, vendor and customer for deliver managed service
F.5 or above
At least 3-4 years' experience in Wifi support
Experience in supporting managed service project or in-house IT support, SI vendor, ISP or related disciplines
Good technical knowledge in various brands of networking product and solution such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Huawei, etc.
Holder of professional certifications in Cisco, Aruba (such as CCIE, CCNP) in Wi-Fi is an advantage
Familiar with ITIL IT Service Management framework
