Responsibilities: 
  • Part of the Outbound team, focusing on outbound call.
  • Outbound call to customer for any MPF (pension scheme) issues such as customer’s check payment issues.
  • Retrieve daily report that list any customer issue
Requirements:     
  • 1-2 years Customer service work experience from any industry.
  • Open to fresh grads , at least Degree / diploma holder.
  • People oriented with tactful customer service skills and good problem-solving abilities
  • Strong PC skills in MS office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in English , Chinese and Mandarin (spoken and written).
