Responsibilities:

              • Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies in alignment with organizational goals.

              • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of various employee levels and departments.

              • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored learning solutions.

              • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics.

              • Lead a team of learning professionals to ensure high-quality delivery of training initiatives.

              • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve programs.

Requirements:

              • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field

              • 8 years of managerial experience in learning and development, with demonstrated progression in responsibilities

              • Independent, detail-oriented, and energetic, hands on, adaptable to change, capable in presenting in front of top mgmt

              • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate training initiatives across multiple locations

              • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

              • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
