Execute support operation services based on defined operation manuals and instructions provided by Tier 2 support team. Follow defined documentation for incident and change management.
Higher Diploma or above in IT
At least 2 years experience in IT Support / Deskside Support
Hands-on experience in installation, configuration and maintenance of workstations, and Windows desktop software
Cantonese and Putonghua fluent
