Job Summary:

Our client is a world-wide reputable IT company and seeking for IT Project Manager specializing in SAP FICO.

Responsibilities:

• SAP S4 HANA Implementation: Design, build, test, and support go-live.

• Blueprint Design: Create and present functional designs.

• Configuration: Set up SAP S4 HANA as per design.

• Testing: Conduct unit tests, system integration tests, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Data Conversion: Design and validate data conversion requirements, support trial testing.

• Training: Plan, prepare, and execute training.

• Go-Live Support: Assist with cutover and transition to AMS stage.

Integration:

• Process Integration: Coordinate with SAP and IT teams for system integration testing (SIT), defect resolution, and workaround solutions.

• Testing Coordination: Work with teams on testing and data conversion activities.

Project Delivery:

• Experience: Strong hands-on SAP S4 HANA project experience, especially in FICO (IBP is optional).

• Governance: Assist with project governance and communication.

• Planning: Prepare detailed project plans and track activities.

• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Change Management: Coordinate impact analysis and update change control logs.

• Risk Management: Update and monitor risk and issue logs.

• Deliverables: Track project deliverables as per the statement of work (SOW).

• Ad Hoc Support: Assist with additional tasks as requested.

Requirements:

• Experience: Must have experience in SAP S4 HANA projects and 10+ years in SAP FICO (BPC & IBP are a plus).

• Skills: Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

• Background: Preferably from a consulting firm or service vendor.
