Key Accountabilities       

• Provide support in maintenance and administration of IT server/storage infrastructure

• Provide hardware and software installation, patch update and upgrade

• Monitor the performance of the infrastructure and performance

• Manage system security as per security policies and standards

• Conduct problem analysis and liaise with other team to resolve issue

• Maintain system documentation and asset inventory management

• Responsible for the implementation of infrastructure related projects

Educational Qualifications and Experience           

• Possess a bachelor degree in Information System, Computer Studies or related disciplines is preferred

• 5 years or above solid working experience in related field is preferred

• Technical knowledge and experience with the following:

o Administration of Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and File Service

o Administration of Linux servers and applications including Bind, Apache, SSH

o Nutanix HCI and VMware ESXi

o Veeam Backup Solutions or similar backup solution

o Scripting such as shell scripts or PowerShell

• Banking industry experience is at an advantage

• Fast learner, able to learn new technologies swiftly

• Demonstrated strong problem solving ability

• Self-motivated, strong self-discipline, and possess proactive working attitude

• Good team player

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
