Job Description:

• Coordinate of Electrical / HVAC / Fire Service / Pumbing & Drainage / Low voltage

• Responsible for preparing report, analysis and ad hoc work task as required.

• 駐地盤 (負責各項機電工程(風火水電), 及工地管理)

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering discipline or similar.

• 1 years' practical experience in building services co-ordination in Air conditioning, Fire Service, Planning & drainage systems, electrical, CCTV, lighting system.

• Good command in spoken and written Cantonese, and fair for English & Mandarin.

• Knowledge in BIM (Priority).

• Knowledge in Autocad, CSD & CBWD drawings.

• Fresh graduate will also be consideration.
