Responsibilities:

• Explore potential projects and new business opportunities 

• Approach Architects & Interior Designers for expanding tender opportunity

• Approach Property Developer & Consultants to promote company image

• Develop network with Clients, Developers and Consultants across the Big Bay Area (大灣區), Macau, etc….

• Work with tendering team in tender submissions including EOI and RFP (Express of interest and Request for proposal)

• Assist project team to maintain good relationship with the Clients and Consultants for the company projects.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above with related disciplines is a better advantages.  

• Network connection with Global Architectural area. 

• Strong planning and organization skills

• Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese

• Aggressive, self-motivated and strong leadership

• Good interpersonal skill

• Familiar with Word, Excel and AutoCAD is an added advantage
