Job Description:

• Responsible for creating the Building Information Models & providing necessary onsite support and advisory services to the operation team;

• Collaborate and coordinate design issues with various departments and parties;

• Liaise with contractors to produce CSD, CBWD and related BIM drawings;

• Reporting to management team regarding BIM coordination progress, drawing production progress and BIM generated data;

• Ensure accuracy of construction documents;

• Create Building Information Models in accordance with the BIM requirement for Tender submission;

• Communicate and co-ordinate with different stakeholders including consultants, architects and internal operation team in the smooth execution and delivery of projects with architectural designs and the usage of BIM models;

• Implement BIM standards and processes.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural, Engineering, Construction, Science, Design for Manufacturing or related discipline with 2 years BIM experience; OR

• Higher Diploma in Architectural Studies, Engineering, Construction, Science, Design for Manufacturing or related discipline with 3 years BIM experience;

• Ability to generate construction CSD & ISD drawing from Revit BIM model is preferred;

• Good knowledge of Revit and Navisworks;

• Knowledge of other softwares; (Dynamo, Synchro, Fuzor, Lumion 3D, Sketchup, Photoshop, After effect etc is preferred.)

• CCBC/MHKIBIM preferable;

• Candidate with less BIM experience / Fresh graduate will be considered in Assistant BIM Engineer.
