• End-to-End Order Management
• Coordinate across design, production, quality control, warehousing, and logistics teams throughout the entire order lifecycle—from inquiry and quotation to sample approval, production scheduling, and final shipment—to ensure timely, high-quality, and full-quantity delivery, minimizing customer complaints. Customized Packaging Design Support
• Deeply understand client brand identity to provide material selection recommendations (e.g., specialty paper, eco-friendly kraft paper), process suggestions (e.g., hot stamping, UV coating, die-cutting, magnetic closure structures), and cost-optimization solutions that enhance product value-added features. International Client Communication & Service
• Independently manage English-language email correspondence, video conferences, and contract negotiations; accurately convey technical specifications and delivery timelines, and promptly respond to overseas clients’ requests for inspection reports, certificates of origin, and customs clearance documentation. Deep Client Relationship Management •Maintain comprehensive client profiles and collaboration logs; conduct regular follow-ups and analyze purchasing trends to drive repeat orders and upselling opportunities, thereby increasing customer LTV (Lifetime Value). Others
• At least 5 years merchandising or manufacturing experience in printing & packaging industries
• Willing to work in China factory;

Package:

• Monthly Salary negotiable.
• 5 - 5.5 days work per week.
