Job Description:

  • Product Strategy & Assortment

    • As a bridge between the Asia Cluster, sales & marketing teams, the core objective is to support the product’s go-to-market and launch execution.

    • Validate assortment fit for local channels, monitoring of profit and loss, turnover and units achievement.

    • Provide structured feedback on market needs, issues, competitive insights, and local consumer trends.

    • Provide forecast, expected demand, readiness inputs.

    • Coordinate with the Technical Manager to meet market regulations, manage documentation, and plan testing schedules.

    • Drive local alignment across Sales, Logistics, CS and execute in-market launch, including pricing, quantity and timeline.

    • Provide detailed, timely issue reports to support regional consolidation.

     

    Pricing Strategy

    • Prepare the company budgets for the product categories

    • Own local price/ cost structures & implementation in market, including but not limited to determining factors like exchange rate fluctuation, cost of import, freight and insurance.

    • Benchmarking competitor pricing

    • Preparation of statistical support and data relevant to decision-making process

     

    Product Training

    • Validate training content developed by Cluster and make relevance to local needs

    • Execute local training plans and deliver training to sales & partners.

    • Manage product-training process and logistics

     

    Operational Efficiency
    • Participate actively in cross teams meetings and regular business review meetings to gain in-depth operation knowledge.

    • Uplift knowledge through self learning on Miele products

    • Self-equip and absorb other sharing as own learning and openly share case for lesson learn for other teammate so that can improve own service quality.

     

    Communications (Working with local marketing team)

    • Elaborate both English and Cantonese catalogues based on GT standards on a twice-a-year basis (timing depends on introduction of new products)

     

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate, preferably with a degree in Business Administration or related disciplines

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product marketing, with at least 2 years at a supervisory or managerial level

  • Strong planning, presentation, analytical and influencing capabilities

  • Solid business acumen, with strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in handling data-driven tasks

  • Passionate, energetic, flexible, and action‑oriented, with a hands‑on working style
