• Gather and evaluate user requirements to develop functional specifications 

• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and the internal IT team to ensure the successful execution of the project 

• Possess strong technical knowledge, particularly in the areas of API development, integration, and management.

• Conduct user acceptance testing, which includes test planning, execution, and defect management 

• Initiate discussions and negotiate with users to achieve agreement on requirements, delivery timelines, and resource allocation 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 

Has 2-5 years of solid experience in Business Analysis 

Candidate has banking and financial services background is highly preferred

Familiar with Functional Requirement Specification (FRS), Integration Test, User Acceptance Test (UAT), User Training, Requirement Change Request and related items

Experienced in Agile software development lifecycle

Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
