Job duties include the following:

• Manage all properties owned by the employer

• To liaise with property management companies to resolve any problems, repairs and renovations.

• To negotiate lease terms and conditions with potential and existing tenants.

• To provide service to the tenants regarding any issues they have with their unit or with the building.

• Supervise daily operations with the security teams.

• To liaise with contractors and manage renovation/repair works with contractors.

• Any other works in relation to properties management assigned by your superior.

• To handle matters of emergency relating to the properties that occurs after business hours.

Basic Requirements:

• Minimum Form 5 or above with 5 passes in HKCEE / HKDSE including English, Chinese and Mathematics 

• Good command in spoken and written English and Cantonese and Mandrin

• Proficiency in computer MS Office operation including Chinese Word Processing.

• Willing to learn and able to work independently, have self-motivated character with good communication skill and politeness..

• At least 5 year's relevant experience in property management 

• Outdoor work must be required.

• Immediate available is preferable
