Responsibilities
Responsible for the administration and operation of general departments
Assist in the management of the frontline staff
Compile the schedule for frontline staff
Coordinate internal and external work to ensure smooth operation
Handle different ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Minimum 2-3 years experience would be an advantage
Skills in planning, monitoring and reporting project activities
Effective communication skill
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Self-motivated, handworking, with a strong sense of responsibility
