Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • • • • • Oversee the daily operation of the accounting team

                      • Review and analysis of consolidation journals and monthly consolidated financial statements

                      • Review and analysis of the forecast consolidated financial statements

                      • Manage cashflow, project cash and hedging requirements for foreign currency risks

                      • Prepare and review interim and final reports

                      • Coordinate and liaise with external auditors to facilitate audits

                      • Perform budget and budgetary control activities

                      • Prepare and review financial analysis of listed customers and competitors

Requirements:

• • • • • • • • • • • • Degree holder in Accounting or a related field with membership of HKICPA or ACCA is required

                      • Minimum of 6 years relevant accounting experience, preferably with Big Four experience

                      • Good knowledge of financial reporting standards and listing rules

                      • Good team player, meticulous, independent and hard-working

                      • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

                      • Experience in Oracle will be a plus
