• 行政總廚/大廚Executive Chef /Head Chef
• 副廚Sous Chef
• 廚師長(凍廚房) Chef de Partie (Cold)
• 廚師長(甜品廚房) Chef de Partie (Pastry)
• 廚師/經驗廚師Demi Chef/ Senior Chef
• 洗碗員(兼職) Steward Cleaner (Causal)

工作要求 Job Requirements 

• 小六或以上程度及1-8年或以上西餐相關經驗 (職位按經驗而定) Primary 6 and 1+ year working experience in relevant western cuisine (Position arrange according to working experience)
• 熟識食物處理、衞生、制作及烹煮程序 Good knowledge of food handling, hygiene, preparation & cooking procedures
• 具酒店餐飲經驗會被優先考慮 Strong hotel hospitality background is an advantage
• 合資格在港工作 Eligible to work in Hong Kong
