Responsibilities
Supervise junior administrative staff to provide comprehensive day-to-day office administrative support
Oversee procurement, fixed assets and end-to-end vendor management—including sourcing, contract renewals, service level monitoring, and compliance
Prepare annual budgets for administrative expenditures and manage related payment arrangements
Provide various management reports for review
Manage and coordinate office renovation projects
Oversee repair and maintenance work for office systems, equipment, facilities and furniture
Coordinate with the building Management Office and handle tenancy-related matters
Ensure the office environment is safe, secure, and well-maintained, complying with environmental, health, and security standards
Perform weekend duties when required
Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
DSE / Form 5 or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years’ experience in all-round office administration gained from sizable companies
Experience or knowledge in building management is an advantage
Solid experience in overseeing projects from commencement to completion
Mature, independent, and committed, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese
