Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Responsible for planning and executing leasing strategy for assigned office portfolio

                                                • Relationship management with existing and prospective tenants

                                                • Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports and presentations for top management

                                                • Review and maintain a robust tenant database

                                                • Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenants' fitting-out and refurbishment/ revamping works.  

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Surveying or related discipline will be preferable

                                              • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in retail leasing, preferably with leasing experience in a sizable developer 

                                              • Strong market sense with analytical thinking

                                              • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

                                              • Good leadership and interpersonal and communication skills

                                              • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is preferred
