Provide comprehensive executive support to HR Department including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
Manage and support projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and action items to ensure on-time execution
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and follow up on key initiatives and decisions
Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and briefing materials for leadership
Organize meetings, take minutes, and monitor follow-ups and deadlines
Handle confidential information and act as a liaison between executives and internal/external parties
Over 5 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or equivalent supporting senior executives.
Strong project coordination skills — comfortable juggling multiple initiatives in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
Exceptional organisation, multitasking, and problem-solving — you think ahead and act decisively.
Outstanding English communication (written & verbal); Putonghua/Cantonese a strong advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools
