Responsibilities:

                                        • Formulate and execute a targeted sales strategy for the Asian market, with emphasis on the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.

                                        • Perform in-depth market research to pinpoint prospective clients, such as government bodies, infrastructure operators, and engineering firms.

                                        • Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, engineers, and technical specialists.

                                        • Identify, qualify, and progress leads through the sales funnel via proactive outreach, communication, and consistent follow-up.

                                        • Develop and present persuasive sales materials, proposals, and demonstrations highlighting the advantages of our ConTech offerings (Smart Construction, 4S principles, BIM, UAV/drone technology, and robotics).

                                        • Work closely with cross-functional internal teams (engineering, product development, marketing) to deliver a consistent and high-quality customer journey.

                                        • Monitor sales KPIs, evaluate performance trends, pinpoint improvement opportunities, and apply necessary adjustments.

                                        • Keep up-to-date with evolving ConTech innovations, industry developments, and competitor strategies to sustain a competitive advantage.

                                        • Undertake regular business travel across Asia for client meetings, site visits, and participation in relevant industry conferences and events.

Requirements
                                      • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.

                                      • At least 5 years of demonstrable success in B2B sales and business development, ideally within ConTech, construction technology, or adjacent sectors.

                                      • Solid technical knowledge of ConTech solutions, including their practical applications, value drivers, and implementation challenges.

                                      • Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

                                      • Proven ability to establish credibility and trust with senior stakeholders and technical professionals.

                                      • Highly self-driven, results-focused, and committed to maintaining a strong professional work ethic.

                                      • Fluency in English and Mandarin is strongly preferred.
