Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Support Project Directors/Technical Directors in planning, executing and closing MEP projects across the region, ensuring projects meet schedule and budget targets.

                                      • Serve as the primary client contact, building and maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

                                      • Lead and coordinate internal project teams, fostering effective collaboration between engineers, designers and other stakeholders.

                                      • Manage sub‑consultants, overseeing deliverables to ensure they align with project objectives and quality standards.

                                      • Prepare, review and negotiate contracts and Variation Orders with clients and subcontractors, ensuring compliance and minimizing commercial risk.

                                      • Oversee project finances including invoicing, budget control, financial reporting and fee proposals to ensure projects remain within financial parameters.

                                      • Maintain quality assurance by ensuring MEP designs comply with industry standards and regulations through regular reviews and audits.

                                      • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to support successful delivery.

                                    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

                                    • 5–10+ years’ experience in MEP project management within contracting or PM consultancy environments. Experience in Data Centre or other critical-facility construction projects is a strong advantage.

                                    • Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects concurrently.

                                    • Solid knowledge of MEP systems and design processes.

                                    • Strong project management, organizational and leadership skills. PMP or equivalent certification is desirable.

                                    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English.
