Key Responsibilities

• • • • • • • • • • • • Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure and IT systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability

                      • Perform troubleshooting, incident response, and root cause analysis for system issues

                      • Manage user access, permissions, and security compliance across cloud platforms

                      • Handle service requests, system changes, and routine operational tasks

                      • Collaborate with internal teams to support IT-related projects and improvements

                      • Participate in on-call roster and perform shift duties (including overnight shifts) as required

Requirements

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • At least 1+ years of relevant experience in IT operations, technical support, site reliability or system support (fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude will also be considered)

                              • Good knowledge of Linux systems

                              • Preferably familiar with ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow or similar)

                              • Knowledge of cloud platforms / cloud certifications will be an advantage

                              • Good command of written and spoken in Cantonese and Mandarin

                              • Willing and able to perform shift work (including overnight shifts)
