Key Responsibilities

• • • • • • • • • • • • Project Executive :

                        • Assist in planning, coordinating and monitoring IT projects throughout the project lifecycle

                        • Prepare project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes

                        • Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure objectives are met

                        • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth project delivery

                        • Support user requirement gathering, UAT coordination and system implementation

                        Business Analyst :

                        • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders

                        • Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications

                        • Work closely with IT development teams, PMs, and end users to deliver effective solutions

                        • Prepare user stories, process flows, wireframes, and system documentation

                        • Conduct UAT and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations

                        • Support system implementation, training, and post-go-live support

Requirements

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis or project management for software development projects

                                • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies

                                • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

                                • Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin

                                • Immediate availability is highly preferred

                                • Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior position
