Key Responsibilities

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • 規劃項目範圍、進度及預算。

                          • Plan project scope, schedule and budget.

                          • 協調並監督承包商、分包商及供應商。

                          • Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.

                          • 監控工地進度、工程品質與安全；進行現場檢查。

                          • Monitor site progress, quality and safety; carry out inspections.

                          • 控制成本、管理變更指示，並匯報項目財務狀況。

                          • Control costs, manage change orders and report on project financials.

                          • 與客戶、顧問及相關政府機關聯絡；辦理許可與審批。

                          • Liaise with clients, consultants and authorities; obtain permits and approvals.

                          • 準備項目文件（報告、日誌、交接資料）。

                          • Prepare project documentation (reports, daily logs, handover packs).

                          • 及時處理解決現場問題及風險。

                          • Resolve on-site issues and risks promptly.

                          • 管理並指導項目團隊成員。

                          • Manage and mentor project team members.

Requirements

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • 具至少 10 年建築/翻新項目管理經驗。

                                    • At least 10 years of project management experience in construction/renovation projects.

                                    • 有管理政府及非政府組織（NGO）建設/維修項目的實際經驗。

                                    • Proven experience managing Government and NGO construction projects.

                                    • 優秀的溝通、領導與問題解決能力。

                                    • Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
