Responsibilities
Lead and manage retail operations across Hong Kong and key Greater Bay Area cities including Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Guangzhou
Develop annual sales targets, cascade them to stores and ensure achievement of business goals
Optimize daily store operations to enhance sales performance and brand visibility
Build and maintain strong partnerships with shopping malls and developers to secure prime locations, proceed negotiation on tenancy agreement, drive the new store opening matters and the enhancement of existing stores
Strengthen the brands positioning across the region
Conduct market and competitor analysis to design effective sales strategies and expansion plans
Inspire and manage the retail team to deliver outstanding results
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Minimum 10 years of experience in retail management for fashion brands, candidates possess luxury or premium brand background are highly preferred
Proven track record in dealing with malls on tenancy agreement negotiations, store openings and retail operations
Strong skills in market analysis, retail operations, marketing and brand promotion
Excellent communication, leadership and team management abilities
Highly resilient, results-driven, self-motivated and with a strong sense of accountability
Based in Hong Kong and willing to travel frequently within the Greater Bay Area
High proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
