Job Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer services via multiple communication channels
Handle customer enquiries
Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction for our customers
To assist in providing service and product training to customers when required
Perform other customer service duties when requested
Requirements
Post-secondary degree
Possess a 3 years Customer Service experience, preferably gained in e-commerce or logistics industries.
Customer focused with excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
Speedy and accurate Chinese typing is essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and e-mail
Proficiency in working with different IT systems
Pro-active and team player attitude
