Responsibilities

• Manage the organisation's IT infrastructure across multiple locations, covering servers, networks and end-user PCs

• Deliver user support for software applications, hardware, and network connectivity and carry out techical troubleshooting

• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and enforce security controls

• Support planning and monitoring of system resources, utilization and performance

• Conduct performance tuning as well as backups and recovery procedures

• Assist in infrastructure advisory tasks and vendor coordination

• Assist in ad-hoc tasks / projects

Requirements

• Degree in an IT-related discipline or Diploma/High Diploma with relevant experience

• At least 1-3 years experience and in systems and network administration and technical support within an MNC

• Solid hands-on experience and infrastructure knowledge in MS AD, Office 365 products, Cloud, AWS, Windows Servers and Networking, etc.

• Able to work well in a team and independently, and able to work under pressure

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin is preferred for effective communication

• Travel may be required to China offices

• Knowledge of FIX and TCP/IP is preferred

• Knowledge of vlan/Watchguard/AP/Synology are advantageous but not required

• Knowledge of S/MIME for email signing and encryption are advantageous
