Responsibilities

• Assisting in uploading and managing on local & overseas online shopping platforms

• Assisting in training Part Time staff

• Handling customer inquiries, after-sales services and complaints

• Follow up sales orders and prepare reports

• Assist Sales Manager in achieving sales targets

• Assisting in stock management

• To assist in ad hoc projects

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in the luxury industry, customer service. Experience in a leadership role will be considered for a more competitive salary package

• Good computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Chinese and English word processing (Chinese typing:>30wpm)

• Native in Cantonese speaking, good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin

• Good command in spoken and written Japanese is an adventage (JLPT N2 or above, or equivalent practical ability)

• Basic photo-taking skill is an advantage

• Interested in brand products and fashion

• Self-motivated, independent, mature and strong sense of responsibility

• Good communication skills and time management

• Immediate available is an advantag
