Responsibilities
Assisting in uploading and managing on local & overseas online shopping platforms
Assisting in training Part Time staff
Handling customer inquiries, after-sales services and complaints
Follow up sales orders and prepare reports
Assist Sales Manager in achieving sales targets
Assisting in stock management
To assist in ad hoc projects
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
1-2 years of relevant experience in the luxury industry, customer service. Experience in a leadership role will be considered for a more competitive salary package
Good computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Chinese and English word processing (Chinese typing:>30wpm)
Native in Cantonese speaking, good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin
Good command in spoken and written Japanese is an adventage (JLPT N2 or above, or equivalent practical ability)
Basic photo-taking skill is an advantage
Interested in brand products and fashion
Self-motivated, independent, mature and strong sense of responsibility
Good communication skills and time management
Immediate available is an advantag
